Couldn't be happier with the service I received from the service center. Matt was very helpful and honest with the information he communicated to me. I had an issue pop up on my 2007 Toyota 4runner. AutoZone plugged it in to the code reader and it told me I most likely had a blown head gasket. This is an extremely expensive fix! I decided to give Toyota a call to see if they could quote me for doing the work. When I called I got Matt on the phone. I walked him through the issue and he immediately said he really didn't think it would be likely that it was a head gasket issue. He told me to bring it in and they would do a diagnostic test that would run me $30. He was clear that they would not do anything over $30 without first consulting with me. I dropped off my vehicle and they called me a few hours later to let me know what they found. Apparently it was reading a miss-fire on cylinder 6. The technician swapped the spark plug with cylinder 4 and the codes cleared. After driving it a little the technician couldn't find anything else wrong. They called me to pick it up and told me to just drive it and if it gave me anymore issues to bring it back. That was over a week ago and I haven't had an issue. Fred Haas saved me $3500! I feel very comfortable sending anyone else there. If you do go, ask for Matt. He's honest and reliable.  Barker  M.
